Presidential Leadership Program

About PLP

The PLP is unlike any other program in Egypt because of its custom design. Initially, on examining the current youth leadership programs offered by universities, training colleges and centers, it was found that none of these programs include the unique blend of business, public administration and the political sciences needed to develop future leaders.  Therefore, the PLP had to be tailored to build skills and develop leadership abilities. The PLP consists of core modules, as well as, community service activities, guest speaker sessions (Meet the World) and field visits.

To develop and create an enabled, enlightened and capable caliber of young leaders that will be the force for reform and change for a brighter Egypt.

This new base of knowledgeable and eligible business minded group will be exposed to a completely new methodology and field for learning that revolves around balance in core modules, exposure to people and communication and learning through experiential teaching. Their knowledge will propel them into tackling challenges pragmatically, thinking objectively and becoming the leaders they deserve to be.

  1. Creating a large database for inclusion of youth in governance.
  2. Connection with a wider range of youth and government.
  3. Enabling thousands of youth to start their journey to leadership and employment.
  4. Creating an alternative example of Education System.
  5. Assisting governmental institutions and ministries, by creating better employment and recruitment of higher skilled staff.
  6. Increasing the awareness of youths on political and national development knowledge, so that they can become objective assessors in the future.
